Greenovations works with select cabinet makers and kitchen designers to meet your sustainable design needs. We have built relationships with craftsmen and designers committed to sustainability and style. Each and every one of us will work harmoniously to make your experience in home design a joy.
The designers and craftsmen we work with are well voiced on sustainability and indoor air quality issues. They have vast experience with the materials sold at Greenovations, while continuing to honor a tradition of fine cabinet making here in New Hampshire. Together we can help you make the most sustainable choice available. Among other materials, we use FSC Certified, New England harvested woods, Kirei Board® (made from recycled sorghum wheat chaff), Environs Biocomposites Dakota Burl® (made from recycled sunflower hulls) Biofiber Wheatboard® (recycled wheat), Microstrand Wheatboard (recycled wheat), PureBond® MDF and particleboard, and Plyboo Architectural Plywood. None of the materials we use are manufactured with urea formaldehyde or other toxic ingredients.
Greenovations will supply the coatings for your cabinets, such as Poly Whey by Vermont Natural Coatings or you can choose a coating of your preference. If you would like to learn more about our custom cabinetry options please stop in to see our displays or, if you are traveling from far, make an appointment.
